The New York Daily News reports Knicks president Donnie Walsh met with his scouts Wednesday.
"I'm pretty sure the name Brandon Jennings will come up," said one team official.
Walsh said he passed on drafting Jennings with the ninth pick in the 2009 NBA draft because he could not get a good feel for him and none of the scouts endorsed Jennings.
Most of the scouts were hired by Isiah Thomas and Walsh would like to bring in more of his own people, but has been turned down by Garden chairman James Dolan.
