Ya, we are looking to move and stay right in our same neighborhood and we couldn't even afford it. Thats why we did a bunch of remodeling 2 summers ago. Prices here keep skyrocketing.

I think Oregon is #1 or #2 in the nation when it comes to property cost as a % of income.
I've seen his posts and views on here enough to believe he wouldn't fit into well in our neighborhood. A lot of BLM signs...... not a lot of gun owners...... a lot of people of color..... very liberal, open minded neighbors here. Not too many trucks like this in the driveways.

people near my property have a house for sale on 5 acres that cost 120k when I bought my place....it's on the market now for 500k....I'm happy for two reasons...it'll never sell and if it does it's somebody who has no money problems
