I think they’re getting bigger too. The golden eagles out here are starting to look like fucking pterodactyls. We’ll be out in the middle of nowhere surveying and be like “why is there a dude in a black hoodie standing on top of that hill in February?”I've noticed a lot of birds being super aggressive around my property...more than before...even saw one fighting a chipmunk yesterday...the wildlife apocalypse is just around the corner!

Just a giant fucking superbird is all, no biggie.
I’ve seen them pick ducks out of ponds more than once.
The little girl that sings, “I wonder what’s inside your butthole?”the British Columbia ag department, a couple of weeks ago, reportedly killed a nest of those things that had over 800 hornets . Unlike killer bees, they aren't deterred by colder climates in the winter.
and that damn monkey is nuts.
monkey vs hornets.....who wins?
I've been 50 yards from a pair of grizzlies in Alaska but it was in August and they were so fat on salmon that nobody, including the bears, cared at all. It felt crazy to be fishing downriver from them.yeah, bugs can be a little scary
but I spent 4 years in Alaska and I'll say there's really not anything like being about 50 yards from a full grown Grizzly bear. That happened to me twice and I still have the stains in my underwear. Also, my wife and I got false-charged by a moose in the Payette forest of Idaho...that got the adrenaline roaring

That looks to be done in a lab of some sort. I don't get how someone can purposely do that to an animal of an insect/etc. Viewing it in nature, sure, but when you are playing god?
Why are Trump and Olshey allowing giant Asian hornets from China to take over our country? Do we need tariffs?
I didn't care until I read this article about Blaine and realized the problem is centered in my county. Blaine is on the Canadian border, 20 minutes north of Bellingham. 35 years ago, I knew a Bellingham beekeeper. He has probably suffered a gruesome death by now.

You have to understand my perception of Sly is only when he was in my presence.....I can be very intimidating to a canine mostly because I put lion piss on my bootsPerception is all in the eye of the beholder.
I had a large nest of bald faced hornets right above the two rocking chairs on my porch where I sit and drink beer. They are pretty mean-looking bastards. I fully intended to destroy the nest and get rid of them, but they caused so little problems that I said screw it. They flew in and out all day long and never bothered anybody. They kind of became my little buddies and they even fucked up any wasps or yellow jackets that came near the house.
