Warriors dumping contracts - could we have had Bogut?

I'd honestly rather have R Lopez because Bogut can't stay healthy and as a Blazer fan any Center that already has health problems I cringe at the idea of them playing here.

I'd rather have Bogut, but I'm more than a little biased.

We don't have the cap to absorb Bogut.

Not NOW we don't. Okay, we never did, but we had $11M, so we could've sent them maybe Freeland. And they would've been happy just to get that $11M...

Imaginary Cap space strikes again. All we heard was that cap room would be meh this year but since teams are doing a firesale its pretty valuable now!

Happy with Lopez. We still have more to spend.

They need to dump 30 million to sign Dwight. Considering Bogut is probably the easiest player on their team to dump, I don't think they would be happy taking Freeland.

So would you rather have oft injured Bogut for one year.... Or TRob, Lopez and more?

1 year of an injury prone center who is better than Lopez, or 2 years at a lower salary of an ironman? Truly not an easy call.

Lopez games played in 5 seasons: 60, 51, 67, 54, 82. Average in 1st 4 years: 58.
