Chicago is not going to deal Deng now. He's pretty much untouchable. He's probably the last player they will trade.

Agreed, New Jersey missed out on this opportunity, but if they go on to beat the Raptors, backing out of the Jason Kidd deal to the Lakers, doesn't look so as bad.

However, the Nets are in a quandry because they are facing a situation where they can't settle for anything less than a title sticking with this trio.

If the Nets don't win it this time around, Carter likely opts out, Kidd and/or Jefferson become trade bait to rebuild.
