When shit was getting rough back when this all started, my friends who own a store in OldTown stood in front of their shop with weapons for 48 hours. People were tearing shit up around them, acknowleged the situation and left them alone. My boys didn't draw down on anybody, they said there were some times they could have, but talked their way out of the conflict.

Anyway, virtually ANYTHING talked about in here is politically motivated/divisive. Many want to blame Trump. Sure, he's done his share of damage. No doubt about that. However, the democratic leaders have to take on some of this responsibility, as well. Truly, it's been a bad mix of the dem party (swamp?), supported by the majority of the press, taking on a very dogmatic, ego-driven man whose mantra from day-one has been to, well, "Drain the swamp!" Toxic situation, I tell ya. Toxic. Hence, the entire nation has been progressively (no pun intended) dragged down by these fighting factions.....and polarized in the process.

So, here we are today. The left getting more left, the right getting more right. If Biden gets elected, he's gonna be like an Obama Jr. and step into a 2008 mindset. He ain't his former boss, though. I don't think he'd last, and then we'd all be faced with a Kamala Harris presidency. What might that look like? Man, I don't know, but it sure seems scary to me. Would she be a, "Free! Free! Free! Everything is FREE!" type of leader? Hard to say. Anyhoo, she's a complete unknown to me. Well, for that matter, so is Biden. What-a-ya-gonna do? >shrug>
