The Washington Wizards' lone nationally televised appearance of the season has been wiped from the Feb. 7 schedule in favor of a game between the Portland Trail Blazers and Indiana Pacers.

The Wizards have their best record after 25 games in six years and are currently in the playoffs.

The Wizards haven't been on ESPN since April 14, 2010 and on TNT during the rookie season of John Wall.

Sorry Wiz, maybe better luck next year.

What's a load of crap is that teams like the Lakers and Knicks will get a bunch more while other, better teams, will be lucky to get one of two.

I like watching the Wizards. Damn.

Hopefully we're still up in the standings for this game!

Really glad to see us get another game but agree it shouldn't be at the expense of the Wiz. They could be the 3rd seed in the east by then.

We are an exciting team to watch, lots of scoring. Fun games. They should get rid of Bulls games. The slowest pace team in the league and the least efficient offense in the league. Their games might be the only thing worse to watch than NY teams.

That sucks for the Bullets. As a former DCer, I have a soft spot for that franchise.

Lakers and Knicks have 26 national tv games.....we have 5 or now 6.

...and yet they still wouldn't be a playoff team in the West.
