Officers were called about 4:35 p.m. after the 26-year-old female driver of a Mercedes-Benz C230 reported Meracle smeared the cosmetic on the car during a parking dispute, according to a Beaverton police report.
When asked about the lipstick, Meracle, 53, told the officer that the Mercedes driver had parked inappropriately next to her Porsche hatchback, the report said. Meracle later admitted that the Mercedes had been parked first, according to the report.
The Mercedes driver told officers that she was leaving Fred Meyer when she saw the Porsche parked very close to her driver's side door, the report said. The Porsche was backed into one space and had its left rear tire at least one foot into another space, according to the report.
The Mercedes driver reported that when she mentioned the parking job to Meracle, the 53-year-old began yelling and cursing about how the Mercedes was parked, the report said.
Meracle then wrote on the Mercedes' driver side window with red lipstick, the report said. Officers found part of the lipstick-written message smeared on the window and another part "talked about parking".

The Mercedes driver threatened to call police. Meracle yelled back that "she was rich and the police couldn't do anything," the report said.
Meracle was booked into the Washington County Jail on charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief."
