They came in to our building and put it on us 7 days ago. 21-2 to start the game, and they led 59-33 in the 2nd quarter. I hope our guys circled this game on the calendar. That was embarrassing. No Boozer and Brewer tonight means that Deron Williams will be looking to score more than usual. He's going to get his, but let's hope he has to work harder for his shots than he did last week. Can't let Kirilenko and Millsap get easy baskets. Korver probably gets more minutes tonight, so our defensive rotation will have to be fast/active. Can't let him and Okur spot up at the 3 point line. They are not a physical team, especially w/o Boozer. Miller & Bayless should be able to get to the basket, and LA should be able to score on Millsap.

This is a winnable game. Biggest key may be not letting the Jazz get off to fast start - keep their crowd out of the game. We haven't fared well at all in that building and we're shorthanded, which somehow this year has translated to wins. Will the trend continue? What a lift it would be to win tonight and get Roy back tomorrow!

No Boozer helps a little, except Millsap has bee killing it lately and I'm not sure I'd rank Brewer as one of their stalwarts.

Just grab a six pack (or a fifth of pendleton whiskey if you prefer) try to enjoy the game and not take it too seriously ... or if you can't help but take it seriously maybe you'd prefer two six packs (or two fifths of whiskey).

There is something in the water or air here that just makes us play like shit! Even back to the Clyde/Kersey days.

No doubt. Their crowd is every bit as good as ours. It just gets deafening there when they are playing well, which makes it tough - especially when you're a young team. We're going to have to play extremely well to win tonight, but it's not unthinkable that we go in there and get one.

The arena is laid out differently. The seating is very steep. The crowd is right on top of the court. Very loud.

And they're all a bunch of crazed/frustrated Mormons. Nuff said?
