The worst, IMHO is anyone who writes for the Fansided content farm of over 300 sites. If journalists were prostitutes, these poor schmucks would be strung out crack whores giving hand jobs behind a dumpster for pocket change.
They are paid pennies, if at all, are not held to any standards and use some weird template for their articles that include circular links to articles on other Fansided sites and usually end with gems like "This may not actually happen, but it might", or "The Cavs probably won't trade LeBron, but they should at least think about it".

ESPN made the smart decision to fill the vacant seat left by Bayless with Kellerman, who Smith personally convinced to join him in New York. Kellerman, who previously hosted SportsNation and launched Around the Horn, is a veteran of the debate show format who has strong opinions but can also offer context and subtlety in a way the show desperately needed.
“He’s completely different from me, which is why I think the show works so well. He wants to convince you that he’s right, but also wants to understand why you don’t see that he’s right,” Smith said. “I feel what I feel and don’t give a damn if you think it’s right.”
Here's an interesting quote from an article in the Philadephia Enquirer about Stephen A. Smith:

I think that's the part that bugs me about him. I like sports guys who give their take on something and do actually care about backing up what they say. That said, I should probably take him off my post as the worst sports journalist. I think he does know his subject, I just don't care for his delivery.
He didn't say he doesn't care about backing up what he says. He said he doesn't care why you disagree with him. Here's an interesting quote from an article in the Philadephia Enquirer about Stephen A. Smith:

You completely took that out of context.
If he was not as loud as he is I think people would respond differently.
People don't like Skip for a different reason than the one that creates disdain for SAS so we should stop lumping them together.
Careful there--you do NOT want to make an enemy out of him!Wait, what are the different reasons? They're both full of shit. I still remember when Stephen A threatened Durant on air, can't remember the last time I've laughed that hard at someone.

I feel like Skip knows what he's doing. He's a troll. Stephen A on the other hand comes off as someone lacking any sort of self awareness.
I like Stephen A. It's his schtick - he's trying to bloviate or something. But I think he's knowledgeable and entertaining. He's paid to entertain, after all.
Canzano says he's a columnist, not a journalist.
Which means he can say things without facts to support them.

ask and you shall receive...Well damn, I've never been entertained, so.
(I am so waiting for that picture..)
I love Matt Moore. He just overrates Memphis and the Nuggets and for some reason really dislikes the Blazers and it shows in his analysis, other then those biases I enjoy his podcast and writing. The worst; wow so many. Does Stephen A even count? Does he still write? Matt Moore is near the top of my most hated list.
