I didn't tell you that you have to wear it or anything. A lot of Sixers fans are never gonna get used to seeing AI in a different uniform and this is a way of showing our appreciation for what he did for the team.
 
I'll wear it. I hope he goes well in Denver. But I wish to show my appreciation of his career in Philly

He's scored nearly 20,000 points for one franchise. He's been in Philly since 96. How often does such a great player who's been with a franchise for so long get traded. Barkley, Pippen, Shaquille, Wilt Chamberlain, Abdul-Jabbar, etc. Want me to go on? It's nothing new... People get traded (hall of famers, all-stars and supporting players) ALL the time. It's the way the game works... Very RARELY does a player remain on the same team his entire career, Reggie Miller and John Stockton notwithstanding. I see what you're saying... But tell me why no one is faulting him for lying to the Philly fans when he said he'd never request a trade... You'll most likely blame it on King or the the franchise itself... And I can't argue that point. But Iverson's always been about Iverson, as this trade demand has proven. He'll get his place in the Hall... In the record books, etc. but he will NOT... Will NOT, win a Championship in Denver. I guarantee it.

And when he got traded it was huge. Did Pippen even get traded? I thought he signed with Portland. Well, even if he did it wasn't the same because he wasn't close to the same player he was 4 or 5 years earlier, and losing him wasn't a huge deal for the rebuilding Bulls. Shaq, Wilt, and Abdul Jabbar getting traded were all HUGE deals. People are still talking about them. He hasn't even suited up for Denver, it's a bit too early to be guaranteeing failure.

I don't care enough to do that STS.... Again, if AI remains in Denver the rest of his career, he can kiss any hope of winning an NBA Championship goodbye... The Nuggets are nothing compared to all the rest of the awesome teams in the Western Conference.... He should've stayed in the East, because that way he'd have a better chance of at least making the Finals again.

A lot of the "76er" fans here don't even know that AI, when I say 76er fans,I mean it was the cheapest jersey they could find lol...But AI really did more for the 6ers than anybody could, but when he knows he can't win, theres no point in him being there, his whle purpose is to win...I will wear it for like 2 days, then it goes back to Kobe.
