probably if you're eating shitty foods, if you replace them with shakes i guess it would work. but then you crave that shit still.
I'm just trying to eat cleaner (except for today which was cheeseburger day). I've only been eating salads for lunch or maybe a wrap with no mayo and light dressing. you actually start liking the taste of healthy foods if you eat them more and more and stay away from fried and greasy foods. like last night, i was kind of craving some panda express. said fuck it and got a chicken cesar salad instead. yeah yeah, the cesar dressing isn't good but its a fuck of a lot better than having rice, noodles and fried chicken with a sweet sugar orange sauce.
