Weird (and Troubling?) Andre Miller Fact

But enough his fault that he might bring his "losing pattern" to the Blazers, thereby causing a team good enough to win to actually lose due to his presence and his pattern, hence the potentially troubling aspect to the trivia fact?

He was a part of those teams as their starting PG; hence, he takes some blame for the losses.

Why does he have to take blame for the losses, what if those teams would have done worse without him? Maybe he made all the players around him better, got them shots ect. You're playing the "read between the lines" game, and when people point out what you're getting at you act as if they're putting words in your mouth, when really they're just making logical conclusions.
