You don't get more genuine Demo than Oregon....those people voted more for 'No' to drivers licenses for illegals than they did 'Yes' for legal rec pot. There are things that conservatives and liberals can agree on (including libertarians). We need to work together to cull the progressive ideologues and their policies.

No doubt, filing a lawsuit against his very MLBPA, then backing off.....I bet one can't find a janitor within the Players Union, who would bother to represent him.

Even if A-Roid needed or called upon the MLBPA to defend him, like ya' said, not a chance in hell, he'd be looked at as worthy of defending.

I wouldn't be surprised if he bribed a Lawyer; simply to defend him. That Lawyer would sleep thru most of a hearing, and do about everything to expose him as the Fraud he is. Or do literally nothing to defend him. Then again, chief-golfs-alot promised affordable health care and it's been anything but...

Since day one, I called this The Un-Affordable Health Care Act....that's more the truth than its penned title...

All retired Aerospace Workers, recently just this year, were taken off of our Pension Retirement Health Benefits, and forced to buy into a AARP or other not worth Un-Affordable health care.

At 1st, when I got my package to change Health Insurances, The cheapest plan for myself, not even counting Kim, was $648 dollars premiums per month, with a $7,800 yearly deductible for any Hospitalizations, surgeries even outpatient. That yearly deductible, along with the monthly premiums, and 20% out of pocket expenses for every Dr. Appt., Prescriptions, or Specialists Docs.

This all made it truly the Un-Affordable Health Care Act....

It took me months to get my Insurance squared away, to where I have Original Medicare....not as bad as it may seem or sound. Original Medicare unlike all these bullshit health plans, literally saves me money, which the others: ie, Aetna PPO, Blue Cross of CA-PPO. Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO's.


Why is it, the good Presidents all get shot at or assassinated, or attempts are made to do as much. While the true morons in our Govt. never seem to get so much as a death threat.

I wouldn't have a HMO up my ass. I could write a novel over how horrid HMO's were the first 5 years of my life with kids. The stories are endless, and effing crazy ridiculous...

Take Kaiser for instance, I lost 3 friends in the last 2 years due to Kaiser Dr. Incompetence, and MalPractice...

3 of several cases:
Joe went in for a triple bypass. During Surgery, the surgeon slipped and cut his valve. Thus they had to do a valve replacement on top of the bypass. During Valve surgery, the dr once again slipped with his scalpel and sliced the heart opening or housing to the Valve. Joe died only 4 months after surgery. He never regained anything, from walking to talking, to being totally in need of full time assistance.

Marge, Joe's wife, fell on her kitchen tile, and hit her head, bad enough she was lethargic. Her daughter took Marge to the ER at Kaiser, where they took a few X-Rays, which don't show hemorrhaging worth a shit compared to a CT Scan or MRI. Marge was released later that afternoon, and went to bed, never to wake up again. Her brain was hemorraging blood in a major way. Again Kaiser incompetence.

Betty a timekeeper at Rockwell Space Div. Had a drunk driver in a big truck pull out in front of her, from a bar he was just leaving. She hit the side of his truck at 55 mph. She went directly to the Kaiser Hospital, and again the same, X-Rays that don't show soft tissue damage, nerves, or some internal bleeding. She was sent home only a few hours after Kaiser told her, she was ok, and could go back to work.
Betty indeed did come back to work, and showed the women her bruise encompassing her whole chest. The 2nd day of work, all the sudden, the one and only time keeper, Betty, did not show up for work. She was called to no avail. It wasn't until noon when the Sheriff Deputies went into her home to find her dead. (she lived alone)....The diagnosis, she cracked her sternum and bled out.....

Keep in mind, this is only 3 of a dozen or more malpractice suits I saw over a 10 years, all either Kaiser or other HMO's. All malpractice suits were won by members of each family. However CA. passed a malpractice cap on deaths due to incompetence to a maximum of $280,000 and the Lawyer takes 90,000 grand plus....

This is the most incompetent UNQUALIFIED PRESIDENT THIS NATION HAS EVER SEEN. I'd like to say He will be the last of the incompetents, yet, I can foresee gloom in our Nation's future. Especially when a illegal immigrant can cross the border, need hospitalization or surgery and get that medical coverage with no cost, with no papers to even prove who they are.

While it took me 10 months to straighten out Kim's Medical Coverage. No one, I mean NO ONE, even understood the new Obuma laws, like Nancy Pelosi, and her famous words to the house, "well we got to pass this bill to see what is in it"...go effing figure, and these are the morons who lead or led our country, or more like tried to....
