I'm tired and I had a long night, but I just needed to get this off my chest.................THE DREAM is a single man once again......after a heated argument last night, me and my girl are callin it quits. It all started because my girl went through my phone while I was in another room. She asked me a question about a text message and I cleared it up.....because it was no big deal....BUT I'm not big on other people going through my phone....especially someone who I consider as a person who "trusts" me......so I asked her why she looked through my phone (because I have nothing to hide) and she said she "didn't have a reason"......somehow I didn't buy that, we argued for a good hour and now we're done..........so Alicia Keys here I come.......

well the thing is at first I was upset about it, so I thought I'd just leave and go home and talk about it today....BUT she blocked the doorway of her room and insisted that we talk about it....I didn't want to put my hands on her and move her out the way, so all of my pent up energy went to yelling....and saying a few curse words......she started crying and then that was the end of it....

Sorry to hear that man. I'm like Smitty too, I don't think I would have reacted like that but at the same time I wouldn't be happy about it either. Seems kind of trivial to break up over especially if it was a serious relationship.

I've noticed girls in that 22-24 range try to have one last chance at single life.

I'm sure this wasn't the first big fight you've had and it's probably for the best to move on.

My basic cell phone rules when I have a girlfriend:

1- Always put females under names like "Mike" or "Bob" in your contact list.
2- Delete all questionable calls/texts immediately.
3- Never leave your cell phone unattended
4- Always keep your phone on vibrate.

If you follow these rules, your cell phone will never be a weapon that can be used against you.

I think she wanted me to stay last night, because she wanted me to try to work it out, but I was tired so I just fell asleep woke up this morning and left....good Lord I have a headache this morning....no girlfriends for me for a while.....at least I got the Rockets tonight and the Super Bowl tomorrow....that will free up my mind some.

no......this was a girl who I met at a bar a while back and I got her number BEFORE me and my girl "got together"....she's a spurs fan so she sends me text messages everynow and then when the spurs win, and I do the same when the rockets beat the spurs...

^^^^you don't understand how serious I am when I'd say I'd get at her if I had a chance...lol...but she was "intimidated" by me for some reason....she thought I looked down on her, because her opinions couldn't measure up to my expectations......I'll be the first to admit that I'm a VERY sarcastic/opinionated person, BUT I do respect others opinions, so I don't know why she felt threatened.

I consider myself lucky to have a girl that speaks several languages, is gorgeous, has a strong opinion and good taste. Some guys find a girl like this, but you got to go through the bullshit of a bunch of morons first to find the right one.

one thing that bothered me was her taste in hip hop music...it didn't bother me to the point of not liking her, but people with bad taste in hip hop music (something I love) bother me sligthly.
