I think there's a potential here to start playing things very smartly.
Dame's extension won't kick in until the Big Cap Year of 2016-17. That means that even if the whole starting lineup is super-maxed this summer, we would have a close-to-tax year 2015-16 and probably go over in 2016-17, except that that's the big cap (and tax) jump. Who better to pay than people who you know are good, who are for the most part in their prime, and who like it here?
The trick is: don't mortgage draft picks now, because you'll have the ability to do the Spurs thing and keep reloading from within (keeping costs low) for your 5-9 guys. Because you can still hit home runs with them (as well as having 9 years of cost control)

Rolo can score, he just doesn't need to as much with this team. Still his ppg are pretty close to Hibberts and at a higher FG%.
