Ian Desmond signed with the Rangers for one year at $8M. But here's the thing, He turned down a 7 year $107M deal with the Nationals before the 2014 season. And rejected the Nationals $15.8M qualifying offer last November. I don't know who his agent is but someone needs to pay for this $99M dollar blunder.
