Of course I don't know what you consider a "good" YouTube video, but there is loads of good content which is far from "wasting brain cells."
If you like aviation, Mentour Pilot is very good.

The "Essential Craftsman," Scott Wadsworth, is from Roseburg. His videos are excellent. Like Mentour Pilot, high-quality videos made by people who know their subject and how to communicate clearly.

Last night i finally watched Top Gun Maverick. Not bad. Obviously predictable but it's good.
