Oh, and I guess Jimmy Fallon. But he's not beating all the others PUT TOGETHER, which he would be if all the Trump voters were watching.

I only ask because you can't enjoy watching Colbert or Seth Meyers, or SNL or any number of TV shows if you're a Trump voter. And can you watch shows like Modern Family or Ellen without your head exploding? So... is it just Hee Haw re-runs and American Football (just a little bit hoping for an anthem protest to get your heart pumping)?

I'm thinking there has to be a Breitbart TV cooking now that Trump TV is on hold and, as I said, Fox News is a little too coy about full-on white nationalism.

Guilty as charged BUT my question still stands about the evening talk shows, because they are RELENTLESSLY anti-Trump. I know I wouldn't enjoy the equivalent anti-Clinton/Obama/whomever, especially in a show whose sole purpose is entertainment. What got me wondering was watching my usual batch of YouTubes of Colbert, Samantha Bee, Conan, Seth Meyers, and they were all openly grieving about Trump. Now, maybe Trumpers can enjoy that on that day and drink their salty tears, but that wouldn't sustain them through the open mockery and derision.

(Okay, I take back "Hee Haw". But SOMEBODY was watching that show...)

(Also, I don't think "pretentious" is the right word. I AM pretentious (actually just "overeducated") but not in this instance. Somebody else said "condescending", but maybe just "openly hostile"?)

Me and my wife were watching the one decent episode of the recent batch of new X-Files (the one with Rhys Darby in it) and afterwards she remarked that she couldn't really enjoy the X-Files any more because now she saw that as just the start of the wave of normalization of conspiracy theories that ends up in "Michelle Obama is really a man!!!!! And Hillary actually personally throttled Chris Stevens because he knew about how she murdered Vince Foster!!!!!"
