Pritchard intimated that he has at least one more move ahead this summer, which figures to involve one of the Blazers three returning small forwards - Travis Outlaw ($3.6 million this season), Martell Webster ($4.3 million) or second-year player Nicolas Batum ($1.2 million).

Although many feel the Blazers will look to upgrade at point guard, which consists of returning starter Steve Blake and the unproven Jerryd Bayless, Pritchard on Thursday said that position "will not be our highest priority.'' When pressed at what position is at the top of their list, Pritchard paused and said "We're focused on the task at hand right now,'' meaning Turkoglu.

I read that that to mean the highest priority will be the 3 -- to move Outlaw and/or Webster..... :dunno:

Notice that he said that on THURSDAY, before they had a verbal. Maybe NOW it IS the highest priority.

back-up 4, in my opinion... or more of KP's non-answers.

KP always gives nuggets of info that make sense down the road. PG wasn't the highest priority. Getting Hedo to commit was. Now, it sounds like priority numero uno has been taken care of, Portland can move on to the next issue.

I don't think we need a PG now. Roy, Hedo, Rudy, Blake, Jerryd... all those guys can play PG. Rudy needs some time next year, and PG looks like another spot he could get minutes at.
I think the next issue is backup power forward.
