There isn't sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he conspired with the Russian government. So he won't be charged for that.

Not being charged doesn't mean you are innocent; being charged doesn't mean you are guilty.

Innocent until proven guilty is the standard in a courtroom. We aren't in court.

Here’s a hint dude: civilized people don’t accuse people of crimes for which there was not even enough evidence for an indictment, let alone enough evidence to convict in a trial for. In this country, when this happens, we don’t continue treating the accused as a criminal.

Pointing out the obvious fact that no investigation ever totally exonerates anyone is extremely bizarre / entirely misses the point.

There was an investigation. It didn’t find anything. Move on and get over it.

Sorry to hear that, Hobbes. I understand a bit, having had to take care of my mother after she had congestive heart failure and a misdiagnosed cortisol deficiency a few years ago. We took care of her sister a few years earlier after a similar issue.

Whatever happened to prosecuting a sitting President?
There's a Justice Department memo that says they won't prosecute a sitting President and Mueller believes in following Justice Department guidelines. That's what happened to proving Trump guilty yet not prosecuting him. However, we'll never know the evidence Mueller has against Trump unless Barr releases the Mueller report. And guess what. Barr will never release the report. And do you know why Barr will never release the Mueller report? I know why.
