What will happen if John McCain is a no show, and the debate essentially becomes a forum on foreign policy and town hall for Obama?

86% of American's said in the SurveyUSA poll that they want the debate to go on Friday.

If McCain doesn't show up, I think that would sink McCain in the polls.

Then I become the nominee automatically and you guys will have to vote for me, even though we disagree on many issues. ;)

Either that or I'm banning your asses. :ghoti:

CK...Where does that get us? You agree with all McCain's stuff. So that doesn't help me. :snort:

^ You'll be richer, plus I would purchase the Red Sox for you as a present. ;)

lol

He should be fined $500,000 and given a stern reprimand from Rick Davis.

What exactly has McCain "suspended" anyway? I see him doing interviews, his campaign is on TV attacking Obama, his ads are still on TV...

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say McCain will be at the debate.

If McCain no shows, he should be suspended from his campaign for a week.

He should just quit. Not showing up to the debate would be political suicide. Obama would be able to brand him as a coward, which would immediately evaporate that "bravery, heroic" luster of McCain.
