Oregon would en finish 3rd in the PAC 12....Right?

Does Oregon still get an at large bid to a BCS bowl because it will be based on the fact they are 4th in the country?

UO would've finished first in the Pac-12 North, and played UCLA next week in the championship game.

And if for some reason UCLA would've won the Rose Bowl game, the bowls can choose from any at-large who qualifies (9 wins, top 12 ranking, iirc). So in theory UCLA could've gone to the Rose Bowl, and the Fiesta or Sugar or Orange could've chosen Stanford over Oregon for at-large. But that was never going to happen.

My question is this. What happens in Stanford loses the Pac 12 championship game.

UCLA will go to the Rose Bowl. Oregon could end up in the Oh By The Way Bowl

they could. But the Fiesta has a choice, and the choice would be between a 1-loss Oregon team that was high in the standings all year and a two-loss Stanford team whose last game was to lose to a 4-loss UCLA.

Stanford would have three losses if they lose to UCLA in the PAC12 Championship.

It makes no difference who wins- we're playing in the Fiesta Bowl.
