I usually wear jeans.

Have a few interviews coming up and probably need to do some slacks or something? I have a few jcrew ones in various colors.

Trying to find some mix between something that is comfortable and looks decent.

I actually hear that JC Penny suits are pretty good. A few people have told me that.

Usually dockers. They fit well off the shelf, aren't expensive, look decent, don't wrinkle and meet my criteria of being able to finish clothes shopping in 15 minutes or less. But where I work, appearance is not a big deal.

If you just want slacks go over to Nordstrom Rack and look at there Louis Raphael slacks. They are 29.97. You can find some good Blazer jackets over there as well.

slacks usually aren't that comfortable. I like jeans because I never have to iron or wash them.

I wear shorts and flip-flops most days. Some days, I might wear jeans, usually black.

If you want a nice comfortable pair of jeans that are in style and don't mind spending a little exta look for AG (Adriano Goldschmied), Mavi Jeans, Joe's or even some of the Levi's.

I own 3 pairs of Levi's, all the same style, one dark blue, one khaki colored, and one black. They're nice enough to wear to work, but I also wear them on all casual occasions as well.

I love going to the opera in Portland and looking around at all the people wearing jeans. So glad this isn't back east when anything less than a 2K suit is laughable.

My own but reading your replies in the homecoming queen thread I see what you're getting at. Dude, if you want to wear your mom's pants just ask her. She'll understand.

Fuck the east coast

The HCP dresses pretty casual at work.

Try the Men's Warehouse, I like that guy. He opened his first store in Morgan Hill CA when I lived there. The first time I look in on his store, he sold me three suits, I only wanted one but I had three being fitted by the time I left. Heck of a guy.

If I were feeling type guy, I would feel for you.

Jeans, mostly Levis but I have a few others. Brown jeans occasionally but mostly blue. In really hot weather shorts.

Further, I don't go to opera but I go to ballet and I personally think jeans are inappropriate. So are cocktail dresses for an afternoon performance, which some women wear. But it doesn't hurt me so screw it. I wore the same damn pant suit to every performance of SF Ballet for 5 years until last year when I got a second pant suit. A friend of mine joked that they probably saw me and said "hear comes that black pant suit lady again".
