But not collusion, right?
There's no such thing as collusion in the criminal code. There is, however, conspiracy and that remains to be seen.
Still, obstruction can result in felony conviction. Such a conviction as well as conviction on conspiracy would have to result in impeachment since the Justice Department will not pursue an criminal indictment against a sitting President.

No conspiracy. The best you can hope for is some mushy technicality. Feel free to waste more time and effort into it though, it really makes the Democrats look absolutely horrible and obstructionist.

I'm not in the Justice Department so I will only spend the same time on this issue as you.

Obstruction of justice.

Richard Nixon was pretty much guilty of Obstruction of justice. He interfered several time in investigations into crimes which he was guilty of doing. I am quite sure he would be impeached for this crime if it had gone that far. Found guilt by the Republican too, not just Democrats.
But there was and underlying crime! A crime he did!
I doubt you will ever convince a Republican of the crime of Obstructing Justice without and underlying crime being committed by the President. Such a charge is contrary to the fact that executive power is completely invested in the President. He is the embodiment of Justice in our system as well as the top management to oversee all assistants.

Now we do know that a lot of Democrats do not see it this way, but most Republicans do and everyone that believe the rule of law is founded in adherence to the Constitution, does.
