What Time Do You Get Up for School?

I always think I am the most unlucky person in the world. I have to get up at 6:30 in the morning in school days. My bus leaves at 6:50, and school starts at 7:20. What about you guys?

My school starts at 9...and its a 20-25 minute walk from my house...an although I want to get up early and get ready and eat breakfast and all that, I usually end up waking at 8:30, rushing everything (that means no time to eat) and arriving to school late. This is usuallly because I stay up late finishing homework and assignments.

I can barely wake up at 8:30, so I cant imagine trying to wake up at 6:30 in the morning.

But my school starts at nine as well and its about a a 10-15 min walk(from my house to school) so I wake up between 8:00-8:30.

My high school isn't far from my house, around a 20 minute walk, but my mom usually drives me there every morning, so around 6:40.

When does your school end if it starts at 9?

I wake up at 6:40 .. I have to take a shower, get read, sometimes I eat. And I have to take the bus because I can't drive, the bus comes at like 7:20. School starts at at 8:10 and ends at 3:30, but I don't get home until like 4. Every Wednesday school starts an hour later and we get out at the same time.

Brian, what times your school get out?

i get out at 2:40 classes start at about 8:50......how much time do you get inbetween periods because that also matters because we only get 4

I get off at 3.

Next year, they are changing the timings for seniors to 8-2 rather then 9-3, so I find that even better, since it's my last year and I get to come home earlier. Although that means I'll have to get up a little earlier but oh well.

I am going to High School my first year. So i used to wake up at 7:45 but now I have to wake up at 6:00! My bus comes at 6:30.. Now thats early as hell!

First day of highschool...I remember I was nervous as hell, not to mention lost on the first day. High school isn't really as difficult as they make it seem in middle school, atleast not in the junior years.

I wake up at 5:45. My school starts at like 7:30 but I live 45 minutes away from the school and the bus ride is a long one.

Wake up at 6:45, shower, get dressed, eat (maybe) and I have to get to my friends house on foot by 7:20, then I get a ride with him to school which is about 20 minutes away in a car. Usually do homework on the drive there and sleep during free period and 7th period in last years schedule, looks like I can only sleep 8th period next year

Monday/Wednesday/Friday I start at 9:35 and I will live about 15 minute walk from where my classes are, so I"ll probably get up at 8:45. Tuesday and Thursday my classes start at 12:50, so I'll wake up around noon.

Lucky SOB......I have to get up at 7 and school starts at 8:10. We have 5 classes a day, each are 69 minutes. Get out at 3.....

That's cool. My school starts at 8:10 and ends at 3:30, 2:50 would be sweet.

I think my earliest class this year is at like 10:00, but I'm not really sure. That's the great thing about college - you make your own schedule.

Unlucky? I don't think so.

When I was in High School I woke up at 4:30AM to eat and shower before leaving to school by 5:30AM. I would arrive around 5:45AM and have to prepare for classes. I'd then get out of school at 4PM on Monday and Thursday, and then at 6PM the other three days. This lasted for the final two years of HS. During my college semester this summer, which I just finished, I had to wake up at 6AM to prepare and drive one hour just to get to the college. I had no other choice since I registered before I came back to the States and I figured I would still be close by, but my mom moved to Frankfort so I was stuck with the drive. Boring as all hell.

The ending was because of extended sports practices at 6PM. Normally ended at 4PM. The early classes were done because a teacher aided me in math for two years as I wasn't that good at advanced algebra at the time.
