My sleeping pattern is terrible! I went through a phase where I would be getting up at 7-8am and going to bed reasonably early, about 10pm. Now I find myself awake into the early hours of the morning, last night I didn't get to sleep until 7am! I have tried sleeping pills (over the counter) and they did work for the first few days but I stopped taking them because you have to take them 4 hours before you goto sleep and I kept forgetting!
I would say my average bedtime is 3am currently, hoping to get this down to 12-1am within the next few weeks, it's just not good for the body!
