I'd take a dare that would require me to wear pants.

Think about it. KVH has millions of dollars. 4 Million to him is like $40.

Does KVH want to do the team that rode him out ot town a favor, or does he want payback?

I knew, I just liked the other question better.

For 4 million dollars, I'd be Ron Artest's personal valet for a year.

No fair! petey tricked us!

(I need to get this out of my system-thats what we said the morning after petey invited us to dinner.)

4 million over 30 days. That's 133 thousand a day, or 16 thousand an hour if he works 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.

16 thousand bucks an hour.

I just applied to an internship with the Rockets that pays 5.35 an hour.

You have somewhat of a valid point.

KVH made about 112.3 million in his career, so an additional 4 million would be a little over 3.4% of his entire wealth (4/116.3 million). For an average person making $50,000 a year, that's about the equivalent of being given $1716.74 to sit on the bench until the end of the season (April/May/Whatever).

That's without counting taxes and the fact that he might not like New Jersey. Still, he has a nice amount of cash to give away to charity or something.

Fuck going to strip clubs I'd be like Silvio in the Sopranos and buy the strip club.

For 100 days, I'd treat all posters with respect, even ___, ____, and ____, and won't be a smartass towards them, which they can't detect anyway which is why it is so funny. 100 days might be pushing it.

Under no circumstances would I host a sleepover party for a dozen five-year-old girls, though.

I would buy a wardrobe of 3 piece suits, and not read the part of this thread where the meaning of the topic got misconstrued

What would I do for $4M? Absolutely nothing. It seems to work for Van Horn and Magloire. There's so many guys out there doing something, and not earning anything.

For 4 million dollars, I'd take out Devean George. That asshole.

For $4M I would wear these boots

While the math appears good, don't think you laid it out correctly. KVH made 116.3 over his career, not a year. That total was made over 9 years.

So it's more like 4M/(116.3M/9Y)*50,000. So it's more like ~15,500 for someone making 50,000.

Also the tax code is different now than when KVH made most of his money. He would see a greater percentage of the $4 million in his pocket than he did of the $116 million, if that makes sense.

Haha, very well. Lets just go w/ the estimated figures as his 2 largest salaried years were ones in which half his income didn't have any form of state income applied (w/ the Mavs the past 2 years).

Ah yes I forgot about that. That's a good point, Petey, but I don't think he will make much more money after this season, so he will have to live with close to this amount of cash the rest of his life I assume, thus bringing down the total.
