Roasted Chicken legs with avocado/chard salad, grilled eggplant and white rice tonight for dinner..was just right!

Costco bratwursts tonight. Smothered in sauerkraut. With cabbage salad and baked beans on the side.

Zucchini bread. Not soggy! Trick is shred zucchini, toss with a little sugar, drain and hour and squeeze.

Yesterday made coconut pineapple pancakes.

UghA. Not a zucchini fan. Anything in the gourd family I’m not a fan of.

There was a pound of zucchini in my produce box. However you fix, it's bland. Add to baked goods or pancakes.

That's my idea of a good time...nothing beats a good soup

Im actually a big soup fan as well. Specifically Asian soups. Usually as a side dish though. I’m a bodybuilder at heart and it doesn’t suffice my calorie goals.

Grilled burgers tonight for the umpteenth time this summer.

It’s sexy though because it’s wagyu and Kaiser buns.

So kiss my ass

Chicken with garlic confit and preserved lemon sauce.

Went camping for a couple of nights last weekend.

First night had slow roasted deboned lamb shoulder with a homemade rub, with potatoes and broccolini baked in the coals.

Are those sheep I see in the picture?

Yep. Camped at a farm stay I found on the Hipcamp app.
#1 - eating lamb feet away from a bunch of sheep is diabolical.

#2 - how many sheep did you help push through a fence?
