I've been there 4 times in the last week. I see growth and expansion at the airport. Just one #1 airport in the US AGAIN!Just went to airport and yes it’s a shit hole. It’s disgusting. Pathetic. Embarrassing.
Damn! Yours went up THAT much?

Move to Lake Oswego and you too will see that kind of increase in value………Damn! Yours went up THAT much?

This looks like a Zillow image.
Well, San Diego just surpassed San Francisco for the least affordable housing market in the USA. I am very glad we purchased when we did - because prices have been going up like crazy. Zillow thinks our house appreciated a lot in the last 30 days. That's crazy - even with what pay for 2 bathrooms remodel we supposedly are coming ahead...
I’d rather live in my neighborhood and see people that don’t all look the same. Inner city for life FAMS!Move to Lake Oswego and you too will see that kind of increase in value………
Wait till we see our property tax next time around.Sweet, mine's showing about 12.9k this month!
Now I just have to sell mine and find a cheap fixer I can build value in
I used to feel that way very strongly, and seriously resented having to move to the ‘burbs to accommodate my job. But today’s Portland is not the Portland I grew up in. Back then it was a small, gritty working class city, awash in regional pride, isolated up in a far corner of America. Today it is America’s punching bag…..and it has no one to blame but its own citizens. Other than maybe the West Linns and Lake Oswegos of the Portland metro area, most area suburbs are at least as diversified as today’s inner city…….and much cleaner and well run too………just sayin’……..I’d rather live in my neighborhood and see people that don’t all look the same. Inner city for life FAMS!

Beaverton for life FAMS!
Respect your opinion.....until the end when you claimed that West Linn and Lake O are as "diversified" as my neighborhood. GET THE FUCK OUTTA' HERE! My daughter is on a club soccer team with kids from out there, and we spend time out there unfortunately . Not sure what area you are talking about, but it looks NOTHING like my Portland. And diversity is VERY important to me and my family.I used to feel that way very strongly, and seriously resented having to move to the ‘burbs to accommodate my job. Long travel day.... half asleep FAMS
Don't have to live in the inner city for that. I'm out in the numbers and I got all kinds of diversity in my neighborhood. I mean, one of these is Parkrose, and one of these is Grant. Care to guess which is which?I’d rather live in my neighborhood and see people that don’t all look the same. Inner city for life FAMS!
