But I can still use a battery leaf blower when I pass gas, right?
Starting in 2027, you'll be required to pass electricity, not gas.

You sir tell no lies. Heading down to see the cherry blossoms with the wife tomorrow evening and then dinner. Should be a great time.Hey, this is supposed to be a thread about people bitching about Portland! (Even though that trend seems to have been played out, there are still idiots out there who do it...especially by people who don't even live in the city)

Your happy living in Portland.
And I am happier getting out of Portland.
After 40 years of owning two businesses in Portland, plus one in Tigard and one in Vancouver. I understand why so many good paying middle class jobs have left Portland. And why very few new companies and jobs are moving to Portland.
Your happy, I'm happy. Lets leave it there, and stop the childish name calling.
Huh? How is that possible with measure 110 forcing everyone to rob everyone else blind?I can’t wait for someone on here to tell me this is a bad thing or it’s stat padding or something. By the way, value of my home went up $50,000 since Jan. 1st

Or maybe it’s a nice place to live and raise your kids?Supply and demand.
The year I was born, the earths population was 2.5 billion. Today, over 8 billion. Triple+ the number of people in my lifetime.
No supprise some of those additional 5.5 billion people would end up in Portland, bidding up home prices.
An internet expert claims no new additional land has been added to earth, just more people. The land and home prices are much higher all around the world, not just in Portland.
Just look north of us. Canada has more land than the USA, with only 10% of our population. Yet their home prices make Portland look cheap.
Now try to buy land in Panama. Not in the city, but the cheaper rural land. You better have an NBA players salary. Sure, home prices are less, due to much lower cost of labor, but the land prices, wow!
Portland Oregon weather forecast. If you can't see Mt. Hood that means it's raining. If you can see Mt. Hood that means it's going to rain.
