Oh man, and bufala di mozzarella is amazing... I had the pleasure of spending a summer in Italy, and there it's like nothing else.

Also love that tilamook extra sharp white cheddar

Doesn't that sort of depend on what the cheese is going on/being paired with?

Ex: buffalo chicken = bleu cheese, pasta = mozzarella or parmesian, cheeseburger = cheddar or American...

I don't really dig American cheese, but I made a kickass juicy lucy the other day, and apparently American's the only cheese that cooks well on one, so that's what I used... otherwise, I'll take cheddar on my burgers all day...

Loves me some provolone melted over a pineapple ring on a grilled teriyaki burger.

I love blue cheese on hamburgers and salads.

Isn't American cheese some type of petroleum-based product?

I didn't know you guys are from Montana. How do you tell a pregnant buffalo from a virgin buffalo? I need to know if I'm going to sample this in its organic form.

Cheese curds from the Tillamook Cheese Factory. You know, the kinda that squeaks in your teeth.

Pepper jack, smoked cheddar, and triple cream Brie would prolly be my top-3 in no particular order.
