there's nothing feasible you want him to do? I think everyone will benefit from having another shooter out there

The Bucks would probably trade Jerryd Bayless. He is the right age for this roster, but I am not sure he fits with what we need.

If the price was right, I would think about trading for Jerryd just to add his 7 years of NBA experience.

I'd love to have Muhammed.. last year he had a per 36 of 21pts, 6reb, 2ast on 49% shooting and 39% 3pt shooting and he's only 23 years old. I think Minnesota views him as their long term starting SG though, so I feel like itd take a lot to get him. I have no idea what they'd ask for him..

Muhammad is listed as a SF, which puts him behind Wiggins. And MIN is fairly we loaded at SG, so I'm wondering where he fits with them.

Bayless has hopefully matured but when he was with Portland he was the most selfish, out of control player I have ever seen on a Trailblazer roster. Having said that, he did cross my mind. But it would have to be one helluva sweet deal.

I find it hard to believe anyone was more selfish and outta control as Statbo

I believe this is basically it for the offseason. Teams have made their moves and are all full of hope. That will change after the first month of the season when players are out of the rotation, some are too young, other too old, some overpaid, others injured. Sure we will always consider making a trade if its a big advantage. But there is much to be learned about our roster and others in the league. That process will happen very fast once the season starts so no sense in making a deal now when we will have additional information and be able to make a more informed decision later.

the thing is, both Wiggins and Shabazz can play SG, and K-Mart could be their backup 3, but I don't think he's in their future plans.

Wow I was going to say your crazy and he's way too old but he's only 26. I thought he was in his 30's. Seems like so long ago we drafted him.

I think I'd rather give CJ and Pressey those backup guard minutes to start the year. Acquiring Bayless is the type of trade we could do if we are in the playoff hunt later in the season and decide to aim to win games. No sense in doing that now.

I'd say yes to Bayless if he wasn't bald.

One of the second rounders acquired from Cleveland to Brooklyn for Sergey Karasev.

I doubt Neil pulls off anything big with the cap.

Isn't he a pretty good shooter? Is he good enough to get PT?

I still think our best bet at a GOOD deal is the trade deadline. Wait until somebody is desperate.
I agree, but maybe you could do something now that would put you in better position at the deadline ala turning Kaman into Crawford and Crawford for Terrence Ross. It'd be another piece you could throw into a trade for someone like Cousins.

Do we have any assets (that we would want to move) that could net us a McLemore or DeRozan?

Still young. A bit of a project. Potential is there though.
I think we have to many projects like Crabbe, Harkless, Montero, Frazier, and Pressey. I'm hoping we can get another project along the lines of Vonleh, McCollum and Leonard.

I think LAC would be interested in Kaman.. if we could swing Crawford to SAC or Toronto we could get one of them. I think I'd rather have Ross or McLemore over Derozen though.

Why do you think Crawford is worth more than Kaman?

I think its the opposite actually. Kaman is a productive limited minute big man. Crawford is a 35 year old chucker teams are weary of. Trading either for Ross, McLemore, or DeRozen is a totally unrealistic steal those teams don't listen to.

Sure if you can get value for Kaman do it... but I think he'll have more value when a team unexpectedly finds themselves in need of a big man. Think of Houston with Dwights injury last year or Miami losing Bosh or something like that. Those teams have no reason to acquire a center now but some team like that may have a need during the season.

I think that teams might be interested in Crawford and might take a chance on him having a bounce back year... I could definitly see the Kings taking a chance on him, since they're taking a chance on Rondo.
We have picks to give up now, and tons of filler like Crabbe.

I still don't see Henderson and Kaman here much longer. Wouldn't be surprised if they're dealt before the season starts.

To be honest, crawchuck is a terribly bad fit in SacTown. Crawchuck requires the ball in his hand, which is why he was mainly used when CP3 was resting.

Rondo is another player that requires the ball in his hand to be effective. I think Sac would want a starting caliber player that could co exist with a ball dominant guard.

There is only one ball

Is that the name of the new Lance Armstrong autobiography?

I'm not saying he's a good fit. Rondo is an absolutely awful fit, but they signed him anyways. The organization is a mess, and maybe they view Crawford as an upgrade over McLemore talent wise and pull the trigger. Or maybe they expect filler, which we have, and which the Clippers would likely give up. And I think Belinelli will start because they need a spot up shooter, so maybe they take Crawford to bring him off the bench, knowing that McLemore would be unhappy not starting.

10/10 on the mental gymnastics to get to that conclusion.

Sit tight until the trade deadline, then put all effort into trading for Cousins.

Oddly enough, I want a vet. Someone who has been around the league and knows a thing or two about being a pro. I feel like Earl Watson and Jared Jeffried helped Dame quite a bit his rookie year, and with all the youth on the team, we need a few vocal guys who can nurture and provide guidance to the youngins.

They need to be happy with playing a minimal role on the floor, but still vocal and ready help in practice. Steve Blake prolly woulda been good in that setting, but right now, Henderson and Davis are most experienced players. I don't know much about their leadership qualities, so I want one more guy. A third stringer at any position who can set things right if they go south in the locker room.

Possible names: Jason Terry, Tayshaun Prince, Ridnour, Reggie Evans, JRich?, Dorrell, Dre, Rasual Butler, Elton Brand, etc
