We still have our first amendment rights, or Cindy Sheehan, Michael Moore and other would be in prision or missing.there are laws that regulate guns, but they do not prevent you from owning one.When was the last time you had to provide for the miltary in terms of letting them live in your house?The Government still needs probible cause to search your home, everyone of the terrorist suspects who have been searched, have given the government probible cause. the police have been able to wiretap suspected criminals for years, this is nothing new. The Patriot act just pisses people off, the US government should never have passed it because most the real terrorist give the authorities a reason to invesitgate them.The Patroit act doesn't give the government the authority to take your property, they can sieze it with cause and a warrent.NO ONE HAS BEEN TRIED FOR THE SAME CRIME TWICE IN THE US! its that simple, and anytime the government would try it any court in the land would shoot it down.Gitmo isn't controled by the Constitution, its an American possesion and is under military law. just like military bases have another set of laws which apply to the service men and women.I don't think you understand communism. you say you want your rights, but yet you want a form of government which has a 100% rate in human rights violations.

are you 18? if you're 18 you can own a rifle, and at 21 you can own a handgun and assult weapon. the reason you can't own a gun when you're younger is because "technically" your rights don't apply, its the same reason why you cannot vote.not everyone is a terrorist, its just like everyone isn't a drug dealer. but the ones that are terrorist do things which can and will give them away. such as going to flight school to fly an airplane but not take off or land one.The Japanese were inturned in a camp, it wasn't a prison. the government also has the authority during times of crisis to suspend some of your rights. this isn't just a new thing, presidents Adams, and Lincoln did it as well.Im fully aware of what communism is; I've read Marx. Communsm is against everything this country is for. the US has always been a capitolist society, if you work hard and make a million dollars you get to keep it. in a communist society the government has control of everything. yes Communism looks good on paper, but in practice its a tyranical and oppressive form of government. don't believe me look at the Soviet Union, North Korea, Cuba, and China. all those countries have or had mass death camps, nearly slave labor, food shortages, and no rights. read your history book, you'll learn something.

What the hell are you smoking? of corse you have the right to bear arms, but yes there are limitations. there has always been limitations of your rights, even Thomas Jefferson said that the people have to have some limitations. If they didnt learn to fly the planes than how did they hit the trade towers and pentagon? don't give me the bullsh** about the government being behind September 11th, because I've researched a lot of that and there is nothing to any of it.like I said, there are limitations to your rights. AS you can see he's really done his research. The 9/11 Hijackers all got high level commercial airline training at some of the better flight schools in this country. All but one of them had problems with the classes (because he was having a hard time learning english). But all the other hijackers did just fine, they actually got to fly airliners and learned everything about them. Yeah, as you can see these classes really don't teach you how to fly airplanes.

So everyone, stop listening to everything CNN's telling you, instead please go to 9/11 conspiracy garbage sites that are put up by left-wing buffoons with no credability or fact checking. I would also like to add that syxx read this post...and didn't reply.
