When the hell did Leonard become a defensive bad-ass?

Well technically he's still a stretch since that's what he does offensively, but defensively he's exclusively a center. Now if he can get that 3pt shot where it was last year. It's weird cuz his shot from inside the line has been money.

I would stick to the mid range shot for now. He still can spread the floor for his teammates and he is closer to the basket if someone else shoots. I like him in the high post. He is a good passer and he can hit the 15 footer. Remember when Marcus Camby would pass or shoot from the free throw area? That is what I want to see.

Now if he could only block shots like Marcus during his prime.....

Meyers is like a new guitar...once the finish starts to wear and it gets a few beers spilled on it, it'll start to play better

I think everyone cheap shots Meyers because they think they can, and because they want to send a message. And I do think it is at least a little a race thing. Plus he's so pretty, it pisses them off. ;)

This 100%. You can tell no one respects him. Until they get hit.

Yeah. Meyers needs a few stitches. And a scar. Add a Henna neck tattoo and he'll be on his way.

Meyers should get a 'Don't Tread On Me' snake tattoo. Very apropos. And very cool!

What's Chris Andersen doing these days anyway?

There's a lot of boneheaded shit happening out there when he takes the court. It'd be nice to think he's magically turned some corner, but I don't think it's time to buy Meyers Leonard stock just yet.
See I actually think he makes a couple of real boneheaded mistakes but they just really stand out and that's what folks remember. But he consistently makes those couple of ridiculous plays every game he plays. There's no disputing the kid is helping us win games..he contributes way more than he detracts from my view. I just really wanted him to get it this year and he's not there...Stotts still said he's maturing ....you can see that

Surprised we don't run more pick and pops with him give how effective his midrange shot is.

With the overall consistency he has had in minutes this year compared to years past, maybe this IS his year to "Get it", but when your getting it, your not showing it. Next year ( If we bring him back) I think he will show what he got this year. Or I hope he does anyhow. Mainly cause I haven't burned his Jersey yet. :)

If he can master the mental game, the Baby Sabas moniker isn't so awfully ironic. It's just getting consistency into that kid! (this is your weekly reminder that he's only 23, by the way - we really should give him two more years).
Well in two weeks the reminder will be that he's only 24. I know that doesn't make that much of a difference but either way I'm ready to give up on him. Mainly because I really don't want us to give him any kind of large contract after this season.

I really don't see this great passing that so many of you talk about. He's nowhere near as good at passing as Plumlee.

Yeah, Orton went into, 'who you trying to get loco with?' mode.

Actually looked like Orton had hooked Meyers arms and Meyers did the right thing rolling in the direction he did...could've really damaged his shoulder in Kevin Love fashion if he hadn't spun Orton around like that

Knowing everyone is okay from that video, it's enthralling to see all of the different reactions. Crabbe is like ohh. Oh Shit! Comes sprinting like it's time to throw down. Truck is like, hey now, let's calm down. The cheerleaders faces are great too.
