Brother I have a mission style futon that's been sitting in my garage since we moved 4 years ago. Won't fit in my basement! You can have it if you are willing to drive into the hood for it. I know your kind doesn't leave the suburbs. It used to be in perfect shape, but it's a little worn from being out there so long. It's yours if you want!

If you know "SmartPark" - I'm the guy who designed and manufactured the graphics and signage. Doing similar projects for the cities of Anchorage, Boulder, Lincoln, Boise, San Francisco...and previously created "EasyPark" for City of Vancouver, BC. Sort of found a niche.
