Where is the best place? Some people say costco but other people say they shit gets put out too long too.

Mexican Mercado?

Regular ass grocery?

Just got a vacuum sealer so gotta buy in bulk and preserve in freezer (I use the Sous Vide to cook)

Best fucking steak i have ever had was from Sous Vide. Buddies and I bought some expensive ribeyes from Costco and it was orgasmic.

Yeah, I fucking love Sous Vide. Gotta get a good searing pan, just some cast iron grill shit. I do like 90% of my cooking via Sous Vide + Instant Pot lately.

The meat department at the Hawthorne Fred Meyers is pretty bomb. They age and cut the meat there in store but sell it for the advertised price of all the other Freddy's.

I had some custom cut angus rib eyes last night that were fucking amazing for only $9.99/lb.

Been going to Gartner's on Killingsworth since I was a little kid but since the hipsters fell in love with the place their prices are insane. Great meat but not worth the price.

I go to Gartner's weekly during the summer. I live not too far. Their pepperoni sticks that they chill are out of this world. I grill a lot on my traeger during the summer months.

I also go to Cason's meat market in Kenton every once in awhile. Its not too bad. Also, Western Meat market over on Lombard.

But, Gartners is the best.

My brother in law and sister in law just got a Instant Pot and love it. I've been thinking about getting one.

The first one I bought broke but they sent me a new one. Pretty good, especially for cooking rice and beans and shit like that.

I think you have to buy more than you need at Costco. We have a major super called Shop Rite (aka Wakefern Corporation). They produce good products. They are the largest employer in NJ and adjoined States with over 35,000 people in their ranks.

When I lived in Portland that was where I went at least. These days, Gene's Meat Market up in the Santiam Canyon is the best spot near me. They sell a 6' long pepperoni stick, which is ironically similar to my wiener size.....
Lmao..... ANYWAYS, yeah, Gene's is good. The other option around here is Gillespie's Meat Shoppe on Silverton Road. GREAT
stuff, and decent prices. Almost as good as the price I gave that chick last night, for my meat....

But it's the perfect place for EL Ps situation as the quality is good, and the price is good per pound. If he wants to vacuum seal then Costco is a great choice.
