Where do you see the world in...

The world is a crazy mess currently - where do you see us in:2008 (Only putting this because of the Presidential Elections):I think Obama will win the Presidential election in dramatic fashion; we will calm any problems such as the Iran deal, and all the things that need to be handled. Obama will forge many treaties with other countries. The US will lay off the rest of the world and take care of our own huge internal problems. I think around 2010 - the world/United States will be a calm place. The Economy will pick up once again, and we will start to feel all the money coming through from the Iraq war (oil contracts, etc). 5 years: (2012)Obama will be re-elected and will lead the United States for another good 4 years. Things are pretty stable for the United States. In this time we will have a few on and off crisis throughout the world. Nothing major. However, I think this period of time would be the calm in a storm - and things will change once again for the worse.10 years: (2017)By now the United States will have a new President - I think we will still be in this 'peace' - I think we'll have some kind of drop off in our economy. Things will go worse and worse slowly - but at this point its not too noticeable. 50 years: (2057)The world just sucks - everything sucks - people are dying - all out war. Feel free to add your own stuff in between the time periods - or even after 50 years.

2008: Obama wins, leading to the regiment change of White Power to Black Power. 5 years: White slavery is in effect. Laziness runs rampant.10 years: Global warming leads to increased sunburn and skin cancer among the light colored. Black Power remains unaffected.50 years: Star Wars.

How is the world a mess? It seems people right now are such doomsdayers. 'The World is going to Hell!'...No it's not...in general everything seems fine to me. The world is never perfect, there are always problems. If you take all the negative thats going on right now in the world and use it as a gauge for history, then the worlds been going to hell for hundreds of years. People get these negative views from watching the news, the news is 90% negative, people in general have to start being more optimistic.
