Just got home. Away for work the past two days.
Nice win in game 4. Very happy we didn't get swept and we didn't alow them to win the series in the Garden.
Now with that under our belts let's see if we can extend the series even further. Right now it is still a big uphill climb. But if we win game 5 it starts to seem doable. So that is the key game. Win that one and next thing you know the pressure really starts to mount on the Kings.
I think game 5 will be very tough to win, I expect an A game from the Kings, but anything is possible if we play well and can get a lead. We'll see, but this is the game that can really get us back in the series. Let's hope we can find a way.

I don't see that happening Sleeps. To me the Kings were clearly the better team in game 4, but we won and that is ALL that matters. Just like we were the better team in game 2, and right there in game 1, and they won both. ALL that matters. In the SCF winning is ALL that matters.
So how I see it is this game 5 is going to be very difficult to win. The Kings want to end it and close it out. They know that if they lose game 5 then it becomes a series and all the pressure falls on them in game 6. They know they really want to close it out in game 5 and not play with fire, which is 100% what happens if they lose game 5.
To me in order for us to win game 5 we will have to play an A game. I don't see us winning this game any other way, so if we get through this and are looking forward to a game 6, I really think this goes 7. I don't see us winning game 5 the way we won game 4, we must play really well to win game 5, so I truly believe if we do we will win game 6 as well.
I am hopeful we come out tonight and play a big time game. We need our best game of the series to win tonight. The Kings know the deal, this is the game they want to end the series with. They want no part of flying back to NY, and a possible game 7. This is the game they put everything towards winning, and due to that I think it will be tough for us to win, but if we play A game and find a way to win, then we are back in this thing. Right now we simply did a solid job of avoiding elmination on our home ice.
