Why do you think Sean isn't playing?</p>

I'm pretty pissed. I wanna see this kid in the game, cause I know he could most definitely make a difference for our team.</p>
 
If I had to categorize myself as anything, I'd say I am a Frank supporter, but I don't understand the move. This team looked absolutely horrible last night.</p>

What's the worst that could happen by playing him? He picks up four fouls in the first three quarters? Then sit him and replace him with the bigs that you were playing last night anyway.</p>
 
I'm gonna say motivation. Sean's play had been relatively foul prone and he's looked lost on offense.</p>

Frank took away the kid's confidence. You give the kid a leash, not a twist tie. So he has a couple bad games, let him fulfill his role. Don't force him to look over his shoulder at the scorer's table following every mistake. You can't play ball like that.</p>
 
I think Frank tried to send a message to Sean: You can't lose concentration. You have to earn the right to play. Frankly, Sean dissapointed in the last 5 games. Too passive on both ends. Maybe this will wake him up.</p>

Things like that can happen when your extremely raw rookie who was originally thought to play nothing but garbage time all of a sudden shows he deserves to be a starter... and then actually becomes one only to be playing 10 minutes off the bench a couple of games later.</p>

Frank + young talent = never a good thing.</p>

As many a coach has said, the bench is the best teacher. Also, Frank would never tell the media if it was something negative regarding Sean.</p>

I'm guessing it was either a lack of effort in practice or something like being late to an obligation. Remember, this is Sean Williams we are talking about.</p>

Apparently, not with his last 5 games. You can't be a hero and ride what you've done in the past. You have to prove it every day. Even if you a star and you do not contribute the way you suppose to - you shouldn't be playing. And if you're rookie... forget about it.</p>

P.S. don't get me wrong, I'm the first one who wants to see Sean play 40 minutes a game. Moreover, I watch these pathetic games just to see Sean play. But I want him to PLAY, not to SUCK BIG.</p>

As a rookie with a past, he has to re-earn it everyday by demonstrating a total committment.</p>

Sean Williams along with Josh Boone will continue to improve if given playing time...they won't learn anything on the bench...</p>

I learned to drive my car by driving alot...not by watching others do it.</p>
 
^^^ Boone and williams need to be on the court 20 min a game min!!!</p>

boone looked pretty good last nite and would probably play better with williams backing him up. collins doesnt need to be on the court at all.</p>

They will learn what Kidd never did, which is how to act professional at all times. These young men must fulfill their off the court obligations in order to get playing time on the court.</p>

Sean's point production the last 3 games he played. 0, 2,2......I want him to succeed as much as anyone else, but his production is way off. Worst of all, the reason for 6 minutes against the Knicks was his 5 fouls. The team really needed him against the Knicks, he could have played big minutes, but he took himself out of the game. Probably the coaching staff felt that Jamison would have Williams back on the bench quickly due to fouls.</p>

the sad thing about this is that Frank is only seeing Malik hitting those shots instead of also looking at the multitude of mistakes Malik is making.Sean should have Malik's minutes, or at least give them to Boone, who is producing. Sean and Allen arent playing that well, and magloire....the only thing he has shown us is rebounding....</p>

Maybe Frank was resting up Sean for Kaman? and just assumed that the team could handle an Arenas-less Wizards?</p>
 
Let's be honest, now. Collins/Magloire would be a much better matchup vs. Kaman.</p>

Who's the other big man on the team? Thornton? Patterson? Williams might be good against one of those guys.</p>
