Do you recall all the people who said the MAGA bomber was a False Flag Democrat trying to blame the Republicans for the bombing?

Where's the apology for that blatant error?

Have you learned nothing at all from Trump, man? NEVER APOLOGIZE, BLAME OTHERS, AND MAKE UP A BIGGER LIE!

The MAGA Bomber and the MAGA shooter in PA were actually the same person, he's an FBI/DEEP STATE agent with ties to Andy McCabe's wife! George Soros and Hillary planned all this when they were in college together - in FRANCE!

The retoric now is that "both sides are to blame." I'm sure they would be saying the same thing if he was a dem. Right?

That's one thing that has bugged me about this, the whole "both sides are to blame".

In doing that, it basically absolves people of any wrong doing by acting like someone poking you in the shoulder is the same as hitting you with a baseball bat. I read somewhere (but I know certain posters will just act like it's fake) that over 70% of the terror acts committed in the US (against other Americans) are committed by right wing nutjobs, and something like less than 5% was done by lefties.

There was the guy who shot at the congressional baseball game, but for every one of those how many are done by right wingers?

I didn't realize that we needed to start new threads to apologize for every time we were wrong, even though it was blatantly obvious we were wrong and noted as such in the original thread. It seems petty and a huge waste of time to have to apologize every time someone is wrong on an internet message board with what is essentially a theory or a guess, but I digress. I'll make sure to ask for apologies as such, and to start new threads if I feel a poster doesn't recant their posts in a manner that meets my own personal standard.

I'm sorry.

I didn't realize you were so fragile to need one.

I'm sorry.
It's not normal to not expect an apology when one is due. Every normal person needs one. Perhaps need is too strong. Perhaps like to have one would be a better description. Does that meet your needs?

Where's the apology for saying 99 percent of these are by right wingers? That was proven untrue. Maybe not by much

It comes right from today's republican playbook. If their side is guilty then both sides are to blame, where as if it's the dems then they are to blame. It's pretty sad how far the republican party has fallen. Fortunately i have been around long enough to remember some good people from the republican side. Not so much anymore.

Interviews with people at Trump rally, they are still saying Hillary Clinton and the Obama's sent bombs to themselves.

Those people are actually Obama and Hillary dressed up as Trump supporters.

Damn. You have figured it out. This entire last two years was just a practical joke, of course all we liberals support Trump! Why wouldn't we? Everyone loves Trump and he knows it, the midterms are going to usher in a period of Republican peace and tranquility with a 100-0 senate and 435-0 house, and then we invade Mexico!

Ha ha, just kidding, we have to nuke Canada first.

Don't forget nuking Germany, France, The United Kingdom, in fact all of Europe except Norway. The Norwegians can all come over here.

OMG, those people are very very sick with no cure in sight other than November.

I'm sorry you feel that way.

This is a great time for a reminder. Personal insults can best be avoided by responding to the post and not the poster. This gets easier with practice.

Still not sure how "being incorrect" is deserving of an apology. How exactly was anyone in here harmed or insulted by the mere fact of somebody not immediately believing that the bombs were sent by a right-winger?

I need to start a thread asking for apologies from the Kavanaugh hearings.

You know, I'm finding it hard to get into spirit of Halloween with the bombing, the massacre, the voter suppression. At Planned Parenthood where I volunteer 2 days a week we are all dressing as zoo animals, I'm a bat. But just not feeling like partying right now. Really down.

we should ask for apologies for the anti-hipster hipster shtick you've been doing for years now.

You started the "suspicious package" thread with the direct intent to call it a false flag before any information was available.

@Elpre

You started the "suspicious package" thread with the direct intent to call it a false flag before any information was available.

The information available is that it happened right before the midterm elections and would garner sympathy for those on the left. Am I wrong?

Harmed? No.
Imagine you see your neighbor boldly taking your lawn mower out of your garage and taking it to his house. You rush over and accuse him of stealing it 'cause you don't really get along with him anyhow. Then your wife says he asked to borrow it and she said go ahead , it's in the garage. Should you apologize even though you weren't hurt? I hope all of us would apologize for that totally incorrect assumption.

I don't even know what this means.

Thanks, I also needed a reminder.

Doesn't matter if you were right or wrong based on some perception at the time. Your intent was to get in on the conspiracy theory before anyone else had an opportunity to learn more or talk about it. That was your intent. Clearly. And you were wrong. Maybe learn from it.
