OT Which Duo Will Have a Better Year?

Wall hasn't really played in 3 years. Has there ever been an instance where a star player just suited up after all that time off and immediately played at an elite level?

Harden will be the best of them, and Wall will be the worst of them.

I went with Beal/Westbrook. DC will be so excited to go on triple double watch and fight for a 4-6 seed in the east. Houston will be so excited to....what? Count down the minutes until they trade Harden?

The thing that I think about is that there is only one guy out of the four that has shown he is willing to play off the ball and do so effectively (Harden hasn't done that in 9 seasons and even then he dominated the ball with the second unit in OKC). So Russ and Beal have to get the nod. Also, I think Washington wants to roll with that duo and while Houston wants to keep Harden, he may make it untenable to do so.

Another thing to think about is that Westbrook and Beal will be in the East, so they'll face lesser competition and I just looked at the list of back courts in the East and unless you think that Trae and Bogdan are better than Russ and Beal... then the Wizards have the best back court in the East.

The West is a much different animal, more competitive teams, more really great back courts, you look at the West and the with the uncertainty surrounding Wall their could be 3 , 4, or 5 teams that have a better back court (Phoenix, us, Dallas, Utah and even LAC). Harden and Wall don't complement each other and we just don't know what Ball's game will be like since so much of his dominance was based on his elite speed and quickness.

Not sure how to answer this... Harden will be traded soon or during the season so I guess I will vote Beal+Westbrook will be better.

I'm going with Westbrook and Beal, mostly because they are in the east. They are going to get out and run, putting up A LOT of shots. Too many new pieces in Houston with a way tougher schedule makes me hesitate to say they will have as many wins as in the past.

I voted Westbrick/Beal, for the same reason as others posted. They will have a much easier time in the East.

I went with Beal/Westbrook, even though Westbrook, over the last couple of seasons has to have one of the worst usage vs efficiency ratios in years

I'm hoping Dame/Nurkic will be a better duo. They would be if Nurkic would quit throwing up all that weak shit around the rim.

Hard to believe that Wall is anywhere close to the player he was pre-injury. OTOH, is there any high-scoring guard who would be a good match for Westbrick?

There is no Westbrook/Beal duo. Westbrook isn't a team player. There was no Westbrook/Harden duo, Westbrook/George duo, etc.
