It appears this will be handled in Florida. The black people say sure, they followed the white drunk around, scared him, approached him, intimidated him, but when he went for his Skittles, they felt in danger and were within their rights to beat him up. They could have legally shot him to death, so this lucky bad guy got off easy.

If he attacked the man who killed him, as Zimmerman is claiming, then hell yes. What do we need people like that on this earth for? If he didn't then Zimmerman should be dead because the same rules apply for him as well.

I prefer to make all of my judgements and decisions BEFORE getting all of the facts. It makes it more fun. Then, I use the facts, or make up facts, that best support my beliefs/judgments.
