The wiki page I linked provides ample links showing what has been common knowledge for over 40 years, that blacks commit a ridiculously high percentage of all crime based on their tiny portion of the nation's overall population. They are the only race in America that this is true of, regardless of the causes (environment, lack of parenting, lack of social resources, lack of education, lack of personal responsibility, lack of employment...).

I live in La Pine, not Bend. It's a fairly diverse area, with many races, political views, and sexual orientations represented and welcomed.
