I worked at Linear Tech in Vancouver/Camas 15 years ago. The manager of the plant had a Vette and a Harley truck. I know he made good money. Anyway, I asked for a raise and he told me HE needed a raise and neither of us was going to get one.

I said he didn't need a raise and he said the more money you make, the more you spend. I thought he was a dick, but now I realize he was right.
