Is this woman a terrorist and if so what difference does it make?
Neither has a leader smarter than a box of rocks. So neither is worthy of the terrorist title.

Trump responds.
The driver, Fields is not even being charged with premeditated murder. The current charges are second degree murder. The authorities must know something to hold the back on the charge.
If it isn't premeditated, it sure as heck can't be political.
What do we have here?
A twenty year old, who until recently had been living with his disabled mother.
No father.
It seems we see a lot a bad stuff from this "group" and it isn't political.

From MarAzul's link:
A photographer said he saw Mr. Fields on Saturday with symbols of Vanguard America, a group whose manifesto declares that “a government based in the natural law must not cater to the false notion of equality.” The organization denied any ties to Mr. Fields. It's odd that this terrorist organization isn't taking credit for this "act of terrorism."
Alex Jones already told us it was a false flag operation, so this is not news. Try to keep up.

Sessions saying Fields' action qualifies as "domestic terrorism"
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/14/us/politics/domestic-terrorism-sessions.html
Yep. I read the article and knew you were going to post this part. However, even Sessions isn't afraid to say this is a terrorist act (even if the legal significance is largely symbolic). But you keep on trying to protect Mr. Fields' rights to plow into a group of people and not be unfairly called a terrorist. The “domestic terrorism” language is largely symbolic — many of the law's stiffest penalties are for international terrorism that do not apply domestically. But the debate over language has raged for more than a decade, as Muslim groups in particular argue that the word terrorism is used only when the attackers are Muslim.
By declaring the attack to be domestic terrorism, Mr. Sessions is moving quickly to quell a debate that swirled after the 2015 shooting of a historically black church in South Carolina. Dylann S. Roof, a South Carolina man who had once worn white supremacist patches, killed nine people in that attack. Loretta E. Lynch, the attorney general at the time, declared hate crimes “the original domestic terrorism.” But some civil rights groups wanted her to go farther.
Under federal law that was expanded after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, a violation of federal or state criminal law qualifies as domestic terrorism if it appears to be intended to coerce or intimidate a civilian population or to coerce the policy of the government. But domestic terrorism carries no additional penalties. Investigators rely on charges like murder and assault in prosecuting these crimes.
The Justice Department announced over the weekend that it was opening a civil rights investigation into the Charlottesville incident.

You guys are gonna be so pissed when he gets an insanity defense. And wins it.
If Jeff Sessions says it's terrorism, it means he's right?
The police are charging him with 2nd degree murder, consistent with road rage.
Sessions is going to make it into much more, and rightly so.
Are you terrorized, coerced, etc? If not, think about why he's a terrorist some more.
Actually I won't be mad at all.
I personally think the death penalty is outdated and has no place in society.
I would argue that killing him makes him a martyr.
'Our brother championed our political beliefs and was killed for it. Free speech doesn't exist for us'.
I bet some are.
I know some people who used the max as their main form of transportation who've yet to set foot on it again since the terrorist attack out of fear.
I think that's letting terrorists win, but I can't fault them for their fear.
I knew a girl who would not wear a seatbelt because her friend drowned in a creek upside down in a Jeep that rolled over.I bet some are.

Outdated? If anything it is better used in this day and age when we have cameras everywhere and DNA.
At least you're consistent here, I doubt that will be the majority opinion.
Rather than be "coerced," people sought out conflict with these awful people.
Oh I know it's not the majority opinion.
I just think killing someone because they killed someone is extremely misguided.
There are worse things you can do than kill someone. For example the outing on twitter of the people who marched with tiki torches causing people to lose their source of income.
See anything about that hot dog restaurant kid yet? I'm really genuinely curious about him and what the fuck he was doing there.Oh I know it's not the majority opinion.

The protesters and counter-protesters who both were seeking conflict are not people you have to worry about limiting themselves out of fear.
If you don't feel you can defend yourself on public transportation.
I don't think people in Oakland are affected by what 1500 asswipes do on the east coast.
Do I need to explain everything I say for you?I can't say I didn't expect this sort of response from an internet tough-guy like you.
The death penalty is simply that. Penalty. We uphold the (most important ones) law by penalizing those who break it. It doesn't have to deter the next person. It just has to be the penalty applied because that is what justice is.

The older mouth breathers with Hitler quote shirts and tight jeans I get.
