USA Swimming bans former Stanford swimmer convicted of sexual assault

Former Stanford swimmer Brock Turner has been banned from USA Swimming for life after he was convicted of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman on campus in January 2015.



Turner is no longer eligible for USA Swimming membership and will not be allowed to compete in any USA Swimming-sanctioned events, including the Olympic Trials, after violating the organization's Code of Conduct policy.

Every case is different, but it sure looks like the white guy got off easy and the black athlete accused of the same thing ends up serving a decade+ in prison. They both deserve the decade+ in prison.

The Rodney King thing was a terrible joke - a mockery of justice. The world can see how the man was brutally and unnecessarily and brutally beaten. Beaten after King was subdued.

The court system was shown to be corrupt when the cops were acquitted after legal maneuvering to favor the cops. The feds came in and tried the cops again on civil rights law violations and got convictions. Those convictions had the sentences reduced by a judge favorable to the cops.

This shit still goes on today. That's why black lives matter comes about.

I've noticed that you hardly ever see advertisers feature Asian or Hispanic people. And marketers intentionally pick their race...so it seems they want to appeal to black people for whatever reason. I think they know their stock with white people has already plummeted.
 
I didn't really want to get into the race thing, but here I go: I think that many times people project their ideas about racism onto a situation.

Just try this thought experiment: if the victim in this case had been black, blacks would be up in arms, assuming that he got a light sentence because he had raped a black woman. But she was not black, and he still got that light sentence, which refutes the hypothetical assumption that the sentence was light because the girl was dark.

When the judge was coming up with his sentence what was rattling around in his mind? The fact that Brock had no prior history, and that it was college kids drinking might have come into play. Perhaps the judge himself had seen things like that while he was as school go unpunished? If Brock had been a little "gangsta" with a criminal history he probably would have gotten a much higher sentence.

Ive seen hispanic people kill someone and they appeared gangster like, and when they go to trial, they style their hair, wear a suit and glasses and try to act professional, with tattoos on their face still lol

Rape is rape regardless of priors. The judge should havery looked at the fact that the sick piece of SHIT took photographs of the naked woman while he was raping her and then sent them to his friends on his mind....

I'm not trying to make any accusations against anyone specifically but go on xvideos.com and click on tags. There are so many fucked up types of porn that my sick thoughts seem like nothing.

So it isn't surprising to me that people aren't all against this creepy kid.

I just see it this way, a rapist hiding in the bushes waiting for a jogger to run by and snatch someone is multiple times worse than this kid. It is just that losing both legs is worse than losing one foot.
