Looks to me like it is this reporter and Coach Scott. Joel plays physical but I never felt like he goes looking for trouble:

Nuggets center Andersen, for instance, had a couple of fierce battles with him in the Nuggets-Blazers back-to-back games a couple of weeks ago. And Hornets center Tyson Chandler was ejected and suspended for retaliating against the big man.
"Joel Przybilla's one of those guys — that's what he does," Hornets coach Byron Scott said. "He's a guy that's always trying to start something, always grabbing, holding, getting those little digs in when the referees aren't looking. He's one of the dirtiest guys in the league."
