Very big game tonight! Who can step up and show us they got what it takes? When a man is down, it opens up opportunities for the others. Let's hope someone shows up and shows out. It's very disappointing to lose a significant piece of the team, but I can get excited at the potential (albeit slim chance) for someone to have a breakout game. Let's think positively!

1. Jason Kent: He's a 6' 9" forward and showed lots of positives in the game vs the Wizards. Seems to have some BBIQ and a good shot motion, plays defense (I'm going off what someone in the Blazer's Edge comments was saying, as I was a little zoned out at that point in the game at the arena)

How's your chance, JK, just grab it and GO! (If Splitter even gives you a chance)
-------------------------

2. Sidy: you play with fire and give 100%, please erupt and rain down some French 3's!!! And I want to see multiple rip away steals and fouls drawn and whip the LA crowd into a frenzy of ire against you for harassing their players!

-------------------

3. Kris Murray: by some miracle, Kris figures it out and gives us a 20 point game, 8 rebound game with only 1 turnover. You can do it, Kris! Your NBA life is literally on the line!

------------------------

4. Toumani: please give us another 30 point game with 8 threes!!!!! We all know Tou has it in him! Imagine if this became a regular thing for Tou. We're talking 2nd All-Star on the team. I think he has the tools.

-----------------------

5. Kling Kong: just go out and play like a giant monster and BE KONG! Could someone intentionally do something to anger this man and make him play with some righteous rage? I enjoy MAD KONG, not laid back kong.
-------------------------
Anyone else? Who you got? Also, it's a little ironic that so many are down on Jerami and wish him to be gone, but he sure plays a major role on the team and you sure miss his shooting, defense, and free throw-drawing drives now!!! Get well, JG!

Wow, there sure has been a lot more than just pennies on the tracks in this topic for it to devastatingly derail!

You know when you're walking railroad tracks as a kid in the Summer and you find a loose track spike in the rocks every 6 feet or so? What's been happening in this topic so quickly is akin to somebody picking up those tracks spikes and laying about 50 of them on one rail in a row....DERAILED!

Edited: actually, after doing some research, because I was dubious if even that number of track spikes laid on a rail could derail a train, it sounds like it would still be extremely unlikely to derail the train. I know that a train with its consist can weigh millions of pounds, so even that number of track spikes would just be crushed or flattened and sent flying with shrapnel to the sides rather than it causing derailment.

A typical freight train engine weighs between 200 and 220 tons and many of these trains have two or three engines, the weight is insane!

But you guys are sure trying hard to derail this topic! All this innuendo is really getting to me!

This one.

By committee.

I agree it would be nice for Toumani as well as Scoot, who is stepping into the starting lineup with Grant out, to make up for the missing offense.

The bench is going to have to do more too. With guys like Williams, Mattisse, and Sidy stepping up.

Carmara is going to be busy with Kawhi so my money is on Scoot taking more of the load.

Any update on Sharpe believe we are week 4-5 since injury. I kind of no the answer we likely won’t see him back this year.

I'd guess we won't see him unless we make the second round of the playoffs. Even then he'd be on minutes restriction. His rehab was supposed to be for the duration of the regular season so he's way out of game shape as it is.
