Basically, they are lower class working people. They live in shanty towns, huts, and impoverished areas. They live in poor dilapidated neighborhoods in Mexico and they come with no money. The areas they end up settling in in the US eventually end up being like what they left behind because that's all they know and that's how they live.

I don't see a witch hunt or any kind of hunt. Put the pressure on employers, it is illlegal to hire non green card non residents. I think they go home pronto.

No one, that's why you have insurance.

The illegal should be cited and IMO deported for driving without a license and insurance but I don't see anything to sue the guy over. Maybe the deductible.

Illegals use stolen SS numbers all the time. I've seen credit reports where when you enter the SS# it brought up over 60 different names. I could still get them a car loan, lol.
 
A local businessman is a friend of mine with a great hispanic american family..his name is a very,very common hispanic name...he is constantly faxing his ID to prove he's not an illegal or criminal with the same name. He gets harassed by officials all the time and they never apologize after he proves his identity. He jokingly told me he's considering changing his name to John Smith to avoid trouble

I was driving to work one day and I was rear-ended by a college student, who didn't have insurance.

Who Do I sue?
 
You guys sure get rear-ended a lot. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The college student. As a citizen of the United States, that judgement will follow him. The illegal won't have to pay you.

Well, unless the College Student just assumes a new identity, that of an illegal? Can't they do that? Just make up an idenitity, I'm sure it can't be that hard.

Yes, because being an illegal is soooooooo much better than being sued for the amount of someone's car insurance deductible.
 


I like how different cultural Latinos stand by him (Latino mother, radio station host, Latino pastor, Latino blue collar worker and Latino college student). There are 4 separate cultured blacks (immigrant African, black preacher, black blue collar worker and black college student).
